Air-drying/stoving temperature sensitive paint based on silicon resin

This coating serves to visually detect an object’s excess temperature in a simple manner.

Colors

^1st cover from green to yellow 2h. 350°C. safe temperature 290°C
^2nd reversal from yellow to off-white, 3h. 550°C. safe
temperature 390°C.

Heat resistance

Up to 600 degrees °C.

Drying

Dust dry after 20 minutes and tack free after 45 minutes. Recoatable after 2 hours but within 48 hours. Stoving 1 hour at 240ºC. When drying at room temperature catalyst B-121 may be used.
